The Zydeco Historical & Preservation Society is hosting a fundraising event to honor the late, great, KING of Zydeco Music, Clifton Chenier.
The fundraiser will be held on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 at Arpeggios Lounge & Event Center in Opelousas, Louisiana (Zydeco Capital of the world).
The star studded line-up includes:
- Clifton Chenier's son, CJ Chenier.
- Nathan Williams and the Zydeco Cha Chas
- Anthony Dopsie & David Dopsie (sons of the the late, Rockin Dopsie)
- Corey Ledet
- Lil Jeff Boutte
- RJ and Kreole Smoove
