Please join Wayne & Same Ol’ 2 Step, Horace Trahan, Leroy Thomas, DJ Top Dog in partnership with The Zydeco Historical & Preservation Society, ZydecoOnline.com, The United Way, and other local businesses for the 1st Annual Zydeco School Supply Drive.
The Zydeco School Supply Drive is the brainchild of Wayne Singleton, lead singer of the Same Ol' 2 Step Zydeco Band who saw first hand from his experience as a school bus driver children who went to school without school supplies because their parents could not afford basic school supplies.

Zydeco School Supply Drive
When: Friday, August 2nd, 2013
Time: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Location: Opelousas Farmer’s Market
(at the Corner of Vine & Landry Street in Opelousas, Louisiana)
Admission: FREE
***please bring wrapped school supplies as a donation***
All school supplies will be donated to The United Way of St. Landry Evangeline Parish's "Stuff the Bus"

Notebook tablets/spiral notebooks
