Those of us fortunate enough to meet him, speak with him, and hear Zydeco Joe play understand that he was truly a living treasure and our link to a fading past. Thank you Joseph Adam Mouton (Zydeco Joe) for fighting the good fight, for walking the narrow road, and showing us the importance of keeping our roots strong!
